Can I get consultation on product selection?
If you need help with material, finish, quantity, and size selections for your print, we offer free consultation to help with your order. Send us an e-mail or call us to inquire about our free consultation.
Do you print weatherproof and durable labels?
Our premium labels are waterproof and UV ray resistant with an option of matte or gloss finish as well as standard and custom shapes.
Do you have labels for fridge or frozen products?
We print labels for products that require label application at low temperatures or products that are being placed into low temperatures.
Do you offer graphic design service?
We offer full graphic design service in house and our specialist will contact you after your service order to discuss about your design request. Design service can be for any products such as poster, packaging, label or branding and marketing such as logo, website, brochure etc.
Can I review my design?
Once our graphic designer makes the initial draft design options, we will send you for your review to confirm or finalize further with tweaking the design through a revision process.
Can you revise my design?
Our graphic team can revise your print products or branding such as your logo or business card. If you have a print project you would like a consultation on, inquire about our graphic consultation service.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard print turnaround time is 2-3 business days. Large format or specialty product turnaround time may vary based on volume and the specifics. Let us know your deadline if you have specific date, you need your print project by.
Do you same day or next day print as rush order?
We do offer same day or next day print for last minute print projects at an additional rush print cost.
Can I preview my order?
We offer Digital PDF proof for every print order for your review and approval to start production. During proof process, you can review spelling, grammar, and layout etc. of your artwork prior to the printing process.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or modify your order if your file is not in production. This option is available prior to print proof process.
Can I place my order online?
We don’t have online order option as WE ARE MORE THAN JUST PRINT. Your print order and graphic service are handled by a real human to ensure your artwork is print ready and meets your print goals.
What should I do after I receive my order?
Please review your order to ensure that the order was not damaged during delivery or shipping. If there are any issues, please contact us within 5 business days from the order.
If you are happy with your order, please share with your friends as we would really appreciate, we would really appreciate you sharing your experience with your friends, family and colleagues or share tag us on social media.

You may check the status of your order by contacting us at any time after production. You will receive your order within the provided turnaround time or by deadline as per the note on the invoice.
While PRINTitGO will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, there may be cases where shipments may be delayed caused by weather conditions, shipping company or other circumstances PRINTitGO is not responsible for. If your delivery is delayed due to production delay or machine malfunction, PRINTitGO will refund products and services where applicable.
Do you offer file setup service?
If you need help with finalizing your file such to prepare a print ready file, please reach out to us and inquire about our File Setup service.
How can I setup my file?
Essential requirements for a print ready file include PDF format file, Full Bleed, High Resolution Image, CMYK color profile.
What should my image resolution be?
File image must be in high resolution and our recommended pixels-per-inch (PPI) is 300. This applies for all print products such as poster, flyer, booklets etc. that contain images to get the best result and high quality image.
What is bleed?
Bleed is the artwork that extends past the trim line or finished size of your file by a minimum of 0.125″. Bleed compensates for shift that may occur trimming process and ensures that any artwork parts touching the edges remain safely in the final print.
What should my print ready file size be?
File size must be your print size plus bleed.
For example: Standard business card size of 3.5″ x 2″ with bleed will become 3.625″ x 2.125″ to become print ready file.
Do you offer delivery?
PRINTitGO offers local deliveries in Vancouver as well as to Canada and US. Delivery and shipping pricing vary on destination and product dimensions and weight.

How can I pay for my order?
You will receive an invoice in your email for your payment for the product order and service prior to production and graphic, branding or marketing service.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo and Interac Debit cards as part of our online invoice payment method.
Do you accept cheque, e-transfer or direct deposit?
Let us know which payment method is only suitable for your accounting needs as other payment method options are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I pay for my order after my order is printed?
Since all print items are custom, we require full payment prior to production.
